Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kuksluks. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, SMS, or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer delivery services within Accra and across all regions in Ghana.

Deliveries within Greater Accra: Orders are typically delivered via dispatch riders within 1 to 2 business days. A flat delivery fee of 30 GHS applies.
Deliveries to Other Regions: Orders outside Accra are shipped via commercial parcel services (e.g., VIP, STC, or designated courier partners). Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days. The delivery fee is 60 GHS or calculated based on your location and package weight. You may be required to pick up your package at the designated bus terminal in your region.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or transportation issues.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store located at Kuksluks, nungua beach road, Accra, Ghana. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up immediately upon payment. We will send you an email or SMS when your order is ready along with instructions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) or the dispatch rider's contact details.

Damages

Kuksluks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Ghana.
