Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Kuksluks.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days.
• The Goods are in their original packaging with tags intact.
• The Goods were not used, worn, or damaged.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
• The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., intimate apparel, swimwear, cosmetics, earrings).
• Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns (unless defective).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods to the following address:
Kuksluks, nungua beach road, Accra, Ghana
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using a reliable dispatch rider or an insured and trackable delivery service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same one (for instance, if you need a different size or color), please contact us. Please note that we only replace goods if they are defective, damaged, or if there is a sizing issue. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Mobile Money (MoMo) account, bank account, or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider's policies. Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
